Yes! I am in-network with the following insurances:

What is your private-pay rate?

Private pay is $150.00 per session (50-53 minutes)

do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! I see clients at my office for in-person sessions, but can also see clients virtually. Virtual therapy can be incredibly helpful, providing accessible and convenient mental health support to individuals regardless of their location or physical limitations.

can you fill out fmla paperwork?

Yes! A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is considered a healthcare provider in the state of Texas. I can complete FMLA paperwork specifically for mental health conditions.

What if i can’t make my appointment?

I understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule please text or email me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. I often have a wait list or may have clients who are in crisis and need to be seen sooner. By canceling 24 hours ahead of an appointment, I can offer that slot to those in need. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show, you will be charged $75.00. Insurance does not cover no-shows and late cancellations so the card on file will be charged.
